a Quick and healthy breakfast idea.


Trail mix



¾ cup pecans
¾ cup cashews (whole or pieces, unsalted)
¾ cup almonds (sliced, unsalted)
½ cup golden raisins
½ cup dark chocolate chips
½ cup dried mixed fruits (berries, cherries, cranberries)
1 cup high fiber cereal



Place all of the ingredients into a plastic bag and shake.
