4 4-oz salmon fillets
3 Tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
1 Tbsp chopped dill
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Heat oven to 400°. Place salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet. Season fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spread sauce over top of fillets. Roast until cooked through, about 12-15 minutes.
If you prefer, this recipe can also be cooked on the grill. Wrap the salmon in foil greased with cooking spray and cook on low to medium heat for 20 minutes.
