½ cup cooked chicken, finely chopped
½ cup Mandarin orange segments canned, drained and cut into thirds
¼ cup dried cranberries
2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. light salad dressing (not mayo)
Mix together all ingredients, except crackers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with reduced-fat crackers.
