2 avocados peeled and cored
¼ - ½ cup onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, with seeds removed and chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
½ of a lime, squeezed
1 tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt
½ ripe tomato, chopped
Mash avocados in bowl. Combine with all other ingredients.
Mix well and refrigerate. Serve with low-fat tortilla chips, serve on burgers or put into a salad. Serves 4.
