Event Description
If you or someone you love has diabetes, this class is for you! Join registered dietitian Chrissy Mitzel as you learn what to eat for diabetes. The class will begin with a brief description of different diabetes meal plans, followed by a cooking demonstration with samples and healthy recipes. Note: This class is not a substitute for formal diabetes education. Cost: $5
