November is American Diabetes Month! The holidays

can be a difficult time to stay healthy and manage your

diabetes. Take control of your diet by attending a FREE

shopping tour! Stephanie will go through the aisles

with you to help pick out diabetes-friendly holiday

foods. This is a fun and interactive tour! The tour

begins at the HealthMarket. Please register for this
