Event Description
Mary Greeley Medical Center's HOMEWARD Public Health, the designated public health agency for Story County, has announced this flu clinic.
 

Important information:

  • The following clinic dates are for seasonal flu vaccinations only. H1N1 vaccines are not yet available.
  • Influenza shots are $25.
  • Pneumonia shots are $30.
  • Medicare Part A does not pay for flu or pneumonia vaccinations.
  • Medicare Part B will be billed for flu and pneumonia vaccinations. Please bring your Medicare B card.
  • Medicaid can NOT be billed for flu or pneumonia vaccinations. Please see your physician.
