Event Description
Registration starts September 1st – Cost: $125 per person
Are you tired of yo-yo dieting? Do you want to get healthier but don’t know where to start? Are you at a healthy weight but want to eat healthier? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, Begin is for you. Begin focuses on personalized goals for each individual including weight control, fitness and self-motivation, meal-planning and eating for good health. This 13 week program includes 3 individual sessions with your Hy-Vee dietitian and 10 group meetings. The group meetings will be on Mondays at 5:30 p.m. starting September 21st and ending December 7th.
