Register for www.wellmark.com and gain access to time-saving tools to manage claims online:

  • View clinician fee schedules
  • Submit and track an inquiry
  • Submit electronic claims
  • Track claims status online
  • See if a patient has coverage and what services are covered
  • Send Wellmark pre-service requests or notifications for certain procedures and services

How to Register

  • First, assign an employee to be the designated security coordinator (DSC) for your organization. The DSC completes registration for your agency and assigns access rights for staff to the various applications.
  • Print, complete, and sign two copies of the Web-Based Application Access Agreement and submit them to Wellmark.
  • Complete the online registration form.
  • Wellmark will notify you when your account has been activated. You may then begin adding staff and assigning access rights.
