Registration for is available to enrolled providers. 


Put down the phone. Chances are the information you're looking for is online. It all starts with getting registered. This page will walk you through the process. Registering for allows access to many time-saving tools. With you can:

  • Download provider claim remittances (Online PCRs)
  • Check eligibility and benefits and accumulations 
  • Check a claim online 
  • Submit and track an inquiry 
  • Send Wellmark pre-service and authorization requests 
  • View clinician fee schedules 
  • Submit electronic claims

Step 1 - Register

Assign a Main Designated Security Coordinator (DSC)

As your organization's "hub" for everything you do with, the main DSC has a number of responsibilities.


The main DSC will:

  • Complete Steps 2 and 3.

  • Assign access rights for staff to various applications upon completion of registration process.

  • Log in to at least every 90 days.
Tip: Wellmark accepts one Main DSC per tax identification number (TIN). Our system will indicate whether the TIN is already registered.



Step 2 - Register

Complete Access Agreement

Print and mail completed Access Agreement.

Step 3 - Register

Register for Secure Access

"Accept" the online Terms and Conditions, and complete the main DSC registration form. Select "OK" to complete the process.
