Following a thorough review of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Collaboration on Quality^® (CoQ) 2009 Physical Medicine Pilot on Quality, we concluded that the participation goals established when the program was developed have not been met. Therefore, we have decided to discontinue the pilot with the end of the 2009 program.

The deadline for submitting all care plans was July 15, 2010, at 6 p.m. Central Time.
