Collaboration on Quality Goals

• Measure provider performance using nationally recognized measures of care for specific diseases and conditions.
• Share information with providers to help them identify opportunities to deliver care more efficiently and effectively.
• Share information with the public regarding the clinicians' participation and performance in the program.

CoQ Primary Care Program

Wellmark’s CoQ Primary Care Program is designed to promote the best possible health care for our members while supporting the clinician/patient relationship. More than 1,500 (50% +) of all primary care physicians in Iowa and South Dakota participate in the program.
