Patient A:
Has a chronic condition
Has missed two appointments
Unable to contact her, your office calls One Call Connect for outreach, then:
One Call Connect calls the patient on your behalf.
When they reach her, One Call Connect transfers her to your appointment desk or encourages a phone call to your office.
One Call Connect then informs you they have made contact with the patient, and shares her response.
