Effective June 15, 2012, Wellmark will no longer accept any ASC X12 Version 4010 files.  Any Version 4010 files received after 5 p.m. CT on June 15, 2012, will be rejected on the Transaction Summary Electronic Claims Report and will need to be resubmitted in the ASC X12 Version 5010 format.
