Complete Medicare Advantage Training by December 31, 2009

If you are a MedciareBlue^SM PPO provider, you must complete the fraud, waste, and abuse training required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) by the end of 2009.

After completing the training, complete an attestation form verifying that your organization completed the training and send to Wellmark at:

The fraud, waste and abuse training is a 2009 requirement and should be completed by December 31, 2009.  A recent Wellmark letter dated November 1, 2009, provided an incorrect date for training completion.
