Flexible Spending Accounts

Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) are a win-win for your business: you can reduce your payroll taxes and offer your employees a way to save on health expenses and dependent care.

 

FSA contributions are deducted from employees’ earnings before they are subject to FICA and other payroll taxes, which often defrays the cost of administering a flex plan. Employees pay for health and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars, saving them taxes as well.

 

We offer complete administration, from plan set-up to claims processing, for the following types of FSAs:

  • Medical Reimbursement Account — Employees can set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision expenses.
  • Dependent Care Reimbursement Account — Employees can set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for care for a child, elderly parent, or other dependent. 
  • Premium Only Plan — Employees can pay health and other insurance premiums pre-tax.
