MyFlexsmMobile Website and App Frequently Asked Questions

Q.  Can I use the same login and password on the MyFlexMobile website and MyFlexMobile App as I use for my regular Flex account login?

 

A.  Yes. The MyFlexMobile website (m.myflexmobile.com) and the MyFlexMobile App were designed with your convenience in mind, and that includes only having one login regardless of how you access your accounts.

 

Q.  Do I have to pay for the App?

A.  No. The MyFlexMobile App is one of the many free features that is included as part of your Wellmark benefit plan. It is available for download for free from the Apple App Store.

 

Q.  How will I know if a claim or receipt I submitted via the App was received?

A.  Confirmation will be shown and stored on your iPhone.

 

Q.  The over-the-counter (OTC) item medicine I purchased requires a prescription. Can I use the MyFlexMobile App to upload that too?

A.  Yes. If you purchased OTC medicine for which you have a doctor’s prescription, you can upload an image of the prescription along with your receipt to support your claim.

 

Q. What devices will support the Flex mobile website and Flex mobile app?   

A.  The website and app will work on iPhones, iPad2, iPad3, and iPod Touch devices with iOS versions 3.1.3 and greater and AndroidTM devices versions 2.1 and greater.
