Debit Card Retailers When you use your Blue Priority FlexSM debit card at participating retailers:

• Only purchases eligible for reimbursement from your Flexible Spending Account will ring up on your Blue Priority Flex Visa^® card.
• Remember to save your receipts in case you are ever audited by the IRS.

• 90% rule merchant list  (4.64MB) Retail locations on the 90% list are able to accept your flex debit card, but you may be required to provide documentation for your expenses. Please review this list for your specific store. Some stores on the debit card retailer list may have specific locations that are part of the 90% rule merchant list.
