Along with access to your claims and benefits information, you can log in to review your report if you've taken the Well-Being Assessment and to access other tools to help you reach your health goals.

To access your wellness tools, log in at right, go to the My Health tab, and click on the View Report tab within the Well-Being Assessment widget.
