Registration
Who can register for www.wellmark.com?
All Wellmark members, including policyholders, spouses, and dependents.
How does registration work?
To ensure that your personal health information is protected, Wellmark uses a
two-step registration process:
1) You have instant access to many tools and much of your information.
2) Wellmark mails a temporary PIN to your home address. You must enter this PIN
before you will be able to view your personal health information. This helps
ensure that only you have access to your personal information.
When I try to register I get an error message that says "Our
records show that you have already registered."
If you previously registered for www.wellmark.com and do not
remember your user ID or password, go to www.wellmark.com.
Select the "Forgot Your User ID?" or "Forgot Your Password?" links
under the
login box on the right to have your user ID or temporary password e-mailed
to you.
If you did not previously register or are unable to retrieve your user
ID or password, please contact EC Solutions
at (800) 407-0267
for
assistance.
I tried to register using my current zip code, but I received
an error message that it does not match.
You must use the zip code on file for the policyholder. If you are the policyholder
but still receive an error message that your zip code does not match, please
call the EC Solutions Assistance Center at 1-800-407-0267 to ensure Wellmark
has the correct address on file for you.

Temporary PIN
Why do I need a PIN?
To protect your personal health information, Wellmark sends a temporary PIN
to the home address you have on file with Wellmark. You will need to enter
this PIN to view your personal health information.
What does my PIN do?
Once you successfully enter your PIN, you will have full access to your personal
health information and tools, including detailed claim information and prescription
records.
I haven’t received my PIN yet, but the Web site asks me
for it when I log in.
Choose the link called continue without entering PIN. This will allow
you to access your tools and information without entering your PIN.
How do I enter my PIN?
Each time you log in to www.wellmark.com with the user ID and password you
chose during registration, you will be prompted to enter your PIN. Once you
have successfully entered your PIN, you will no longer be prompted for a
PIN.
I haven’t received the letter with my PIN and it’s
been more than 10 days since I registered.
Call the EC Solutions Assistance Center at 1-800-407-0267 to ensure the address
on file with Wellmark is correct. Keep in mind that the letter is sent to the
address on file for the policyholder.
If you know the address on file with Wellmark is correct, you
may request a new PIN:
- Log in to www.wellmark.com with your user name and password
- Choose the Request a New PIN link on the PIN entry screen
- Select the Send Me a New PIN button and Wellmark will send you a
new PIN
I lost the letter with my PIN.
Request a new PIN using the following steps:
- Log in to www.wellmark.com with your user name and password
- Choose the Request a New PIN link on the PIN entry screen
- Select the Send Me a New PIN button and Wellmark will send you a
new PIN
Do I need to keep my PIN?
You only need to enter your PIN one time. After you have successfully entered
your PIN, you will have full access to all your tools and information with
your user ID and password and will no longer need your PIN.
Forgot User ID/Password
I registered but forgot my password.
Go to www.wellmark.com and
select the Forgot Your Password? link under the login box on
the right. Enter the e-mail address you used to register and a new temporary
password
will be sent to this e-mail address.

Go to www.wellmark.com and
select the Forgot Your User ID? link under the login box on the
right. Enter the e-mail address you used to register and your user ID will
be sent to this e-mail address.
Access to Web Applications
I am no longer (or will no longer be) an active Wellmark member.
How long will my information be available to me online after I am no
longer an active member?
You have access to your information on www.wellmark.com for 90 days after your
policy terminates.
I registered but I get a message that I’m not authorized
when I click on Wellmark Drug List, My Prescriptions, Benefits at a
Glance, or Locate a Pharmacy.
To access these tools, you must have prescription drug coverage through Wellmark.
I registered but I get a message that I’m not authorized
when I click on View Your Account Information.
- You will need to enter your PIN for access
to View Your Account Information.
