The winner will perform on the Wellmark Mainstage at the 80/35 Music Festival at noon on Saturday, July 7.
"The partnership between Wellmark and Iowa Public Radio’s Studio One provides an opportunity for Iowa bands to receive exposure on statewide radio and share the stage with national artists," said Wellmark’s Chris Verlengia, Senior Sponsorship Consultant. Verlengia noted more than 80 Iowa-based bands entered for a chance to perform at 80/35, and more than 4,700 online votes helped determine the finalists.
