Wellmark employees receive up to 24 hours of paid time off each year to volunteer.  What’s more?  Through volunteerism, Wellmark employees can earn the ability to designate a monetary contribution from The Wellmark Foundation to a nonprofit of their selection.

The Wellmark Foundation matches Wellmark employee personal contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to $10,000 annually, to eligible nonprofit organizations.
