We give back to the communities where we live, work and play. Employees are provided with limitless opportunities to better our communities with the gifts of time, talent and resources through a program called BluesCareSM Giving. Employees receive up to 24 hours of paid time off each year to volunteer. Wellmark recognizes that effort by designating charitable contributions on employees’ behalf. We also match our employees’ personal contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to $10,000 annually. |
